How We Bond
As a couple, we have observed that one of the things that strengthens our love for each other is our ability to create time to connect, talk and build intimacy on a daily basis.
Building intimacy helps couples make better short and long term decisions, enjoy better health and well-being, achieve better parenting, better financial advantage and manage marital disagreements better.
A survey we conducted revealed that many couples struggle to build lasting intimacy because of the demands and pressure of work, economic uncertainties, child care and living apart. Thus, we are passionate about helping couples work out simple steps for building and strengthening their marital romance and intimacy.

Romance TIP
Prioritise spending time together to talk. This is simple, but sometimes hard to accomplish. We have found ways to routinize it into our relationship, every morning and late at night we often find time to talk and catch up on each other’s day, make plans, and decisions together, connect and laugh. Such times should not be spent criticising each other’s decisions, interjecting and interrupting each other’s speech. Rather, couples should spend such times paying attention, actively listening, asking questions to understand, rather than trying to correct.
