Have some ‘me-time’ to connect with yourself and think. It is amazing how clarity and new perspectives on nagging issues can improve productivity. Knowing and focusing on what is really important can make a huge difference beyond your imagination. Meditation is powerful.
Make out time to laugh with your spouse. Laughter is an amazing tool for reducing anxiety and stress.
Don’t stop your date nights; your special one-to-one with your spouse. Intense proximity can increase the opportunity for offences. Hence, it is important you have some time to declutter your emotions. Empty hurts without blaming or dismissing each other’s dissatisfaction can help strengthen your relationship.
If you DO HAVE to go out, please protect yourself because this Virus is highly ‘social’, it spreads within your immediate network, which may be your loved ones at this time.
Revisit old hobbies. They can help you feel happier and relaxed.
Reprioritise, revisit, restrategize, by all means keep adding value to yourself and people. Having something worthwhile to look forward to can help you thrive in difficult times.
